Price Changes and Discounts
CouponThemes reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify the price of the CouponThemes membership, themes, plugins or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a subscription (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
One discount at a time: We offer discounts on our products on different occasions. Only one discount can be applied to a product/subscription at a time. For example, we offer a certain discount on subscription renewals. If for any occasion, say, Black Friday / New Year, there is an ongoing discount campaign, you can only utilize the lately applied discount rate. So, for this example, you cannot use both the renewal and the occasional discount at a time. (Usually, the occasional discounts are bigger than the regular ones) You can utilize one discount at a single purchase/renewal.
Refund Policy
Our effort to make our customers satisfied is untiring. But regardless of what we provide, you may not be satisfied as a customer. Having that in mind, we offer refunds without any condition.
If you are unhappy with any of our products, navigate to the Contact Us page and write us a message mentioning you want a refund. You should use the same email address you have used to purchase. Adding the order number is also helpful. The support staff will reply within business hours and process the refund within 3 working days.
All refund requests have to be made within 15 days of purchase.

Product Compatibility
Currently, our themes are designed to function properly with WordPress 4.3 and higher. It is our job to make sure the themes are up to date with the latest versions of WordPress. We cannot guarantee they will work properly on older installations of WordPress. We cannot guarantee the compatibility of our themes with all third-party software and plugins. If a conflict does arise, we will do our best to resolve the situation. We also cannot guarantee the themes will function correctly after modification to the code, or a failure to install the theme or WordPress properly.
Product Update & Support
Each purchase (license) grants you access to the CouponThemes support service, which covers help with setting up your product and direction on how to use the product as advertised. CouponThemes support service does not cover help with theme or plugin customization beyond the advertised features. Also, each purchase (license) grants you access to product updates meant to keep it secure and working with the latest developments of the platforms it is based on (i.e. WordPress).
Our support encompasses technical guidance related to our themes and plugins, prioritizing customers with active subscriptions or valid license keys. We strive to respond promptly within 48-72 business hours through our designated support platform.
Included in our support services are assistance with installation, setup, and addressing identified bugs in our products. However, we do not cover issues arising from outdated versions, third-party plugins or themes, customizations, or WordPress core problems.
Warranty
Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that our products will work in all browsers, nor do we guarantee that our products will be functional with all versions of WordPress. We do not guarantee compatibility with any additional third party plugins, scripts, or applications.
