Our effort to make our customers satisfied is untiring. But regardless of what we provide, you may not be satisfied as a customer. Having that in mind, we offer refunds without any condition.
If you are unhappy with any of our products, navigate to the Contact Us page and write us a message mentioning you want a refund. You should use the same email address you have used to purchase. Adding the order number is also helpful. The support staff will reply within business hours and process the refund within 3 working days.
All refund requests has to be made within 15 days of purchase.
Please note that we are closed on Friday and Saturday and support is available during our office hours 10 am – 6 pm (GMT+6). If you send us an email on Friday after our office hours, don’t worry. It will be processed on Monday morning.
