Our developers and senior support engineers are available from 10 am – 6 pm Saturday – Friday (UTC +6). Our presales support and live chat service are available from 9 am – 6 pm (UTC +6) from Monday to Saturday. During office hours, you will get faster replies and resolutions. Emails received after 11 pm Friday might get a delayed response because of the weekend.
Do you have any installation or setup service?
Yes, we offer free installation service for each of our products. This service includes installing our own products only. We can import dummy data if you want. No other products from a different party would be included in the service.
Can I get support for the free version?

What happens when my license expires?
Renewing your license key grants you access to support and updates for next year, including all updates for bug fixes and feature introductions.
Do you have another payment gateway other than Paypal ?
Yes!!! Great news that we have integrated the Stripe gateway. And you can buy our themes through your credit card.
